The intermittent, single-lane closures are anticipated from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Feb. 3through Feb. 5 and again Feb. 10-12, if necessary. A flagging operation will ensure that emergency vehicles will be given priority and that traffic can continue to move throughout the nighttime work.
