Dink for Pink shifts to one-day pickleball event at Sundial Beach Resort Pickleball
Community to come together to support breast cancer research and patient care
Sundial Beach Resort & Spa will host its annual Dink for Pink pickleball event Saturday, Feb. 21, bringing together players and supporters for a one-day round robin event benefiting the San Cap Pink Project’s breast cancer programs across Southwest Florida.
Originally planned as a two-day tournament, Dink for Pink has shifted to a one-day round robin format, allowing for more streamlined scheduling and a more dynamic, all-day event at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. The updated event format begins at 9 a.m. and offers continuous play and multiple matchups for participants of all skill levels, turning competition into meaningful community impact through breast cancer awareness, research and patient support.
Sundial operates one of the region’s largest pickleball facility, with 16 Plexicushion courts and stadium seating. It is nationally recognized as one of the country’s top pickleball resort destinations, and for one day, every serve and volley supports the fight against breast cancer.
“This event is about more than pickleball, it’s about showing up for our neighbors,” said Becky Miller, general manager of Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. “Dink for Pink allows us to combine competition with compassion and support vital breast cancer programs across Southwest Florida.”
