Thanks to all who helped in our emergency
To the editor:
Thank God and all those who assisted us in an emergency situation. We were attending the No King’s protest, when my husband Jim dropped to the ground and we were swarmed by caring and compassionate people. The fire department and ambulance arrived in minutes. So many wonderful men and women turned a frightful situation into a manageable one!
Jim is fine, just needing to always stay hydrated in the Florida heat. We are full of gratitude for our Pine Island neighbors, all together, fighting to save our democracy.
