It is with deep sorrow, yet with faith in God’s eternal promises, that we announce the passing of our beloved Alex Paul Jordan, who departed this life on January 14, 2026, at his home in Saint James City, Florida. Alex was 37 years old and leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and a heart that deeply touched all who knew him.

Alex was born on August 22, 1988, in Weston, West Virginia, to Paula Mollohan Moeller and James E. Jordan. He was a 2006 graduate of Lewis County High School in West Virginia, where he formed lasting friendships and developed a strong sense of loyalty that followed him throughout his life. Alex loved deeply and wholeheartedly, and those closest to him knew his heart to be sincere, compassionate, and kind.

Alex established Island CBD & Vape at Pine Island Center. Through his work and relationships, Alex was known for his generosity, his compassion, and his willingness to help others whenever he could. In the last year of his life, his passion for creating was reignited through his 3D printers, which brought him genuine joy and purpose. He delighted in designing, building, and bringing ideas to life – often thinking first of how his creations could bless others.

Alex possessed a deeply creative and curious spirit. He had a profound love for plants, especially rare and unique varieties, and was always on a quest to find and nurture them. His appreciation for nature reflected his gentle heart and his desire to protect and cultivate life.

Alex is survived by his parents, Paula Moeller, Michael Moeller, and James Jordan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Nellie Mollohan, and Noella and Ernie Moeller. Alex shared a deep, once-in-a-lifetime bond with his best friend, Kristen Turner – a connection known for its depth and devotion to one another, and one that shaped both of their lives.

A celebration of life will be held at 2301 8th Ave, St James City, Florida on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
