4th of July event benefits Pine Island Elementary
This year’s Annual 4th of July Fundraising Event was a great time and a wonderful success. Hosted by the Pine Island Moose Lodge 1954 and sponsored by Franks Bobcat Services, the event raised a record-breaking $5,739 for Pine Island Elementary School.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the wonderful volunteers that donated their time to help make the event so successful and the patrons who came to support our local education. Over 30 local businesses donated in support of our local kids, so a huge thank you to all of you as well.
If you missed the event, you may still make a donation at the Pine Island Moose Lodge 1954 as it continues its mission of community service for the children of the island. A drop-off box for school supply donations has been set up at the Lodge. Call or stop by to see how you can help.
