Kiwanis Club announces speakers for upcoming meetings

The Kiwanis Club of Greater Pine Island has announced its upcoming speakers and weekly meetings 

Join the Kiwanis Wednesday mornings for fellowship breakfast, and inspiring conversations with community leaders.

Guests and prospective members are always welcome to attend!

VFW Post 4353 is at 8150 Stringfellow Road, St. James City. Breakfast is from 7:30-8 a.m., with the meeting starting promptly at 8 a.m.

Upcoming speakers include:

• Jan. 7 — Carol Scott, Matlacha Civic Association

• Jan. 14 — Cheryl King, Calusa Land Trust

• Jan. 21 — Tonya Player, Matlacha/Pine Island Fire Department

• Feb. 11 — Aaron Bareda, American Legion

• Feb. 18 — Pine Island Aquatics Club
