Get ready to celebrate the holiday season in a truly unique way at the St. James City Annual Christmas Boat Parade! This beloved local tradition will take place Saturday, Dec. 13, at 6 p.m., as decorated boats light up the local waterfront and canals, bringing festive cheer to the community.

The parade will feature an array of boats, each decked out in holiday lights and decorations, creating a magical spectacle on the water. From twinkling lights to festive music, it’s a must-see event for families, friends, and holiday lovers of all ages.

The parade starts in St. James City, beginning at Henley Canal, then travels into Cherry Canal and ending on Monroe Canal past Low Key Tiki.

It is free to attend. Spectators can enjoy the parade from the shorelines, restaurants and canal front areas. Everyone is invited to come down, enjoy the festivities and join in the holiday cheer.

“It’s an event that brings the whole community together to share in the spirit of the season,” said Paul Michelsen, Boat Parade organizer. “Whether you’re on a boat or enjoying from the shoreline, it’s an experience that fills everyone with joy and wonder.”
