Leadership SWFL applications for 2026 are open
Early acceptance applications for Leadership SWFL are still underway. Early acceptance application deadline is Jan. 30.
Why Leadership SWFL?
Over eight months, you’ll gain unfiltered access to the decision-makers, innovators, and institutions driving our region forward. This program connects you directly to the pulse of Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties through meaningful conversations, hands-on exploration, and a network that will amplify your impact for years to come.
You’ll go behind the scenes in healthcare, education, economic development, environmental initiatives, and more. But more importantly, you’ll understand how these sectors intersect and how you can play a role in shaping Southwest Florida’s future.
This isn’t about sitting in conference rooms. It’s about rolling up your sleeves, asking the hard questions, and seeing firsthand how our community works and how you can lead within it.
Hear from a Graduate
“Leadership SWFL was truly an eye-opening experience. It not only gives you the opportunity to spend time with inspirational leaders, it offers a rare inside look at different institutions that make our community such an incredible place to live. It pushes you out of your comfort zone, and challenges you to assess your own leadership skills. The wealth of knowledge gained and the life-long relationships formed during the eight eventful weeks, made the entire experience truly valuable.” — Lindsey Morton, Lee Health
Space is limited, and Leadership SWFL is looking for professionals ready to invest in themselves and their community. If you have specific questions reach out to Katy@SWFLinc.com.
