Hagler set a Lee County record when she rolled a 278 versus South Fort Myers in a performance that included nine strikes and one spare. Hagler also rolled a 214 with eight strikes and one spare last week versus Cypress Lake.
“My whole goal for this season was trying to beat the record. I usually set a goal for myself at the beginning of every season, and that was my main goal. I was really excited afterward. I concentrate on what I need to do and on the lanes, and keep myself in a positive space.”

Cape Coral Seahawks
Blaine helped secure a LCAC Swimming and Diving victory last week for the Seahawks as she finished first in the 500 freestyle and 200 IM and was part of the 200 medley relay and 400 free relay victories.
“It was probably my favorite meet so far this year. I always try and improve my times every day at practice. Our entire team works hard. I’m hoping to place top eight at states in both of my events.”
