I have adopted a new way of grilling salmon which has produced some really tasty results, so the other night the successful grilled salmon needed an appropriate companion, which we supplied with a bottle of 2019 St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc from the Napa Valley. It was indeed a most enjoyable repast!
The St, Supery has an inviting nose which suggests honeysuckle and citrus. It is well balanced with lots of juicy fruit showcasing stone fruit, lime, and a touch of lemon zest leading to a refreshing finish. The alcohol content is 13.5%, and Norm’s score is 90.
A bottle of St Supery would be wonderful with a variety of entrees, of which the salmon was just one. This Napa Sauvignon Blanc would also make a great “Back Porch Sipper” on a hot summer night!
