Catch ‘em & Cook ‘em: Jack Daniel’s Steak
This was the number one seller at the Colorado Steak House, which I developed in the early ’90s in Indiana and Illinois.
Ingredients:
4 steaks
Marinade:
1/4 C Jack Daniel’s bourbon
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C Dijon mustard
1/4 C minced green onion tops
1/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
How to:
1. Place steaks in a ziplock bag and pour in marinade.
2. Marinate in refrigerator for 6-8 hours (no longer)
3. Dispose of marinade
4. Grill steaks to your liking
