Catch ‘em & Cook ‘em: Tuna Potato Cakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C mashed potatoes
1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 slightly beaten egg
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
Hoe to:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well and form 8 small patties.
Brown in hot fat, about 5 minutes per side.
Serve with a pat of Butter.
