Catch ’em & Cook ’em: Lip Lickin’ Pork Chops

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 C sliced onion

2 cloves garlic minced

1/2 C Worcestershire sauce

3 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

How to:

1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper

2. In a large skillet, brown chops in oil

3. Remove and keep warm.

4. In the same skillet, saute onion until tender

5. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer

6. Add the Worcestershire sauce, honey and mustard to the skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits from the pan.

7. Bring to a boil and return chops to the pan.

8. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
