Catch ‘em & Cook ‘em: Delicious Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
1 Lb. large peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
1 C. chopped celery
1 Lg. carrot shredded
C. chopped onion
2 Hard-cooked eggs chopped
C. mayonnaise
C. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
How to:
1. In a large bowl, gently toss the Shrimp, Celery, Carrot, Onion, Eggs, Mayonnaise and Sour Cream.
2. Season with Salt and Pepper and a few shakes of Dill and chill until ready to serve. Before serving, give it a couple of squeezes of Lemon Juice.
