Seafood casserole
Ingredients:
2 (6 oz) cans lobster, shrimp, tuna or crab meat
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c. grated American cheese
1 can (tall) evaporated milk
1/2 c. melted butter
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
3 beaten eggs
How to:
Mix all ingredients in order given except add the seafood last.
Pour into a greased 9X13 baking dish.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
Serves: 4 to 6
