Cooked clams
Ingredients:
3 (6.5 oz) cans clams, minced
4 lg. eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. onion, minced
1/4 c. green pepper, minced
18 whole saltine crackers, crushed
Parmesan cheese
How to:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into a well greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on the low setting for five to six hours. Dish into individual ramekins and dust with parmesan cheese.
