Cajun fried bluefish steaks

Ingredients:

4 med. bluefish steaks

2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 Tbsp. cajun seasoning

2 med. limes, cut into wedges

Salt and pepper to taste

Hot pepper sauce to taste

How to:

Brush the bluefish steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with the cajun seasoning on both sides of each steak. Heat a heave skillet over medium-high heat to very hot and add the fish. Cook for three to four minutes or until the fish is opaque. Serve hot with lime wedges and hot pepper sauce on the side.
