Best crab casserole

Ingredients:

1 (6-1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and shelled

1 c. mayonnaise

1 c. soft bread crumbs

1/2 c. buttered soft bread crumbs

3/4 c. half and half

6 hard boiled eggs, diced

1 c. chopped onion

1/4 c. sliced, stuffed green olives plus slices for garnish

1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley leaves

3/4 tsp. salt

Pinch pepper

How to:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, break the crab meat into chunks. Add the mayonnaise, one cup of soft bread crumbs, half and half, eggs, onion, parsley, salt and pepper and fold together. Divide the mixture among greased individual ramekins or spoon into a one quart casserole dish. Top with the buttered bread crumbs and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Garnish with olive slices.

Serves 4 to 6.
