Day before shrimp salad

Ingredients:

— 1 c. sour cream

— 1 c. mayonnaise

— 1/2 c. minced onion

— 1/4 c. minced celery

— 3 Tbsp. ketchup

— 4 tsp. lemon juice

— 3 tsp. horseradish

— 1 tsp. salt

— 3/4 tsp. black pepper

— 1-1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined

— 1 (16 oz.) box macaroni, cooked and drained

How to:

In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, celery, ketchup, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and pepper. Stir in cooled shrimp and macaroni. Cover and chill for at least four hours before serving. It just gets better if left in the refrigerator over night.
