Beach shrimp
Ingredients:
3 lb. large shrimp, peeled
1 (16 oz) bottle Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 lemons, halved
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. butter, cut up
How to:
Place the shrimp, Italian dressing, ground pepper and garlic cloves in a 13X9 inch baking dish and toss to coat. Squeeze the juice from the lemons over the shrimp mixture and stir. Add lemon halves to the pan. Sprinkle evenly with parsley and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
Serve the shrimp in the pan.
