Orange glazed spiral ham

2 min read

Ingredients

1 fully cooked spiral cut hame (about 8 lbs.)

1 c. brown sugar, packed

1/2 c. orange juice

1 c. orange marmalade (12 oz jar)

1/4 c. dijon mustard

How to

Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the ham, cut-side down, on a rack in a large roasting pan. Pour two cups of water into the roasting pan. Cove the ham with aluminum foil. Heat at 375 degrees for one hour and 30 minutes.

While the ham is warming, whisk together the brown sugar, orange juice, marmalade and mustard. Set aside.

remove the foil and brush the ham liberally with about 3/4 cup of orange glaze. Heat, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until the ham is nicely colored and internal temperature registers 140 degrees on an instant-read thermometer.

Let the ham stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

To slice, cut around the center bone with a knife, freeing as many slices as you wish. Cut along the natural seams of the ham to remove slices separated from the bone.
