Seafood barbeque sauce

1 min read

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. butter

3 tsp. bottled minced garlic

1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth

1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce

2 tsp. Cajun seafood seasoning

2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Tabasco sauce to taste

How to:

In a two quart saucepan, heat the olive oil and melt the butter on a medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add the chicken broth, chili sauce, seafood seasoning and worcestershire sauce. Stir well and increase the heat to medium-high. Bring the mixture to a boil and then boil, stirring occasionally, for five to seven minutes to thicken and reduce by one-third.

Remove the sauce from the heat and cool. Refrigerate for up to one week.

To use the sauce, brush it on shrimp or seafood kebabs while grilling over a medium-low heat.
