Lemon and dill grilled salmon

Ingredients:

4 (5-6 oz) salmon filletsn 1/2 tsp. salt, divided

1/4 tsp. peppern 1/4 c. minced fresh dill

2 Tbsp. minced fresh Italian parsleyn 2 tsp. olive oil

1 tsp. minced garlic

How to:

Heat the frill and sprinkle the salmon with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper.

Combine all of the remaining ingredients, including the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.

Spread the mixture over the top of the salmon.

Grill the salmon skin-side down, covered over a medium-high heat or hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes or until the salmon just begins to flake with a fork.
