Panko baked fish
Ingredients:
1 to 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs. honey mustard
1 tsp. thyme
2/3 c. Panko Japanese bread crumbs
2 tbs. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
How to:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the fillets into serving-size pieces.
Place the fillets on a foil lined baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the panko with the thyme, oil, paprika and parsley.
Spread mustard over the pieces of fish and then top with the panko mixture.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish tests tender when pierced with a fork.
