Flounder or trout with spicy cherry tomato sauce

Ingredients:
2 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. green olives, cut in half
4 flounder fillets
How to:
Place the tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic salt, oregano and red pepper flakes in an 11x7x2 inch microwave-safe dish.
Cover with plastic wrap and vent at one corner. Microwave on high for five minutes.
Uncover and stir in olives. Fold the fillets in half and tuck into the sauce. Spoon sauce over the fillets. Cover and vent.
Microwave for five minutes. Stir the sauce and spoon over the fillets. Microwave an additional two minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes, covered.
