Elegant seafood casserole

Ingredients:
2 slices bread, cubed
2 cans crab meat
2 cans shrimp, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbs. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbs. dry mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced capers
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. water
How to:
Place the bread cubes in a buttered casserole dish and cover with the crab and shrimp.
Saute’ the onion, celery and parsley in a small amount of fat in a skillet until soft.
Combine the sauteed vegetables and remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture over the crab and shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and serve hot.
Serve with buttered English muffins or toast points.
