Publix Appreciation Days

The United Way is celebrating its 42-year partnership with Publix serving the Lee, Hendry, and Glades communities!
United Way Agency representatives, board members and United Way staff visited the new Calusa Cay Publix Store (store #764) to say thank you to all the wonderful Publix associates for all they do for the community. Publix Associates donate their time, talent and treasures for the benefit of the Lee County community (collectively last year they donated over $1.4 million).
Locally, the donation of Publix employees help support partner agencies the Beacon of Hope (a United Way House) and Food Pantry location at the Catholic Church via Harry Chapin.
Thank you to all our wonderful Publix associates for helping our communities on and off Pine Island!
