Trying ease an islander’s pain

WB Williamson Brothers is owned and operated by three; Jimmy and Joe Williamson, and our cousin Steve King. All three of us have deep roots within the Pine Island community. We know and try to live by a simple standard — “you get what you give.” We saw a mother who was hurting (Deb Root of D & D Bait and Tackle). It was our honor to do what we could to try to ease her pain, while also honoring her son’s memory, so we made a new steel cross in David’s name and placed it where the wooden one had been since his death.
