Fire chief’s plan seems like ‘Empire Building’

To the editor:

Regarding the Fire Chief’s five-year plan:

Sounds like “Empire Building” to me.

The five-year plan should be to wind down to a volunteer fire department; not to grow this multi-million dollar organization!
