Romance is alive on the Island!
To the editor:
Valentine ‘s Day, my dog I came across a young man posting “Cheryl Marry Me” signs all over the island.
I spoke with him briefly and asked him about the young lady. I could see in his eyes and how he spoke of her, how much he was in love with this woman. In a day and age where people get married on a whim and divorced even quicker, it was very refreshing to see that love and romance is still alive in some young people on the Island. I hope Cheryl said yes and they start their lives together happy and full of love, laughter and affection. He is a keeper!
