An answer to Ed McCoy, Bokeelia
Teaching the difference between right and wrong starts at birth with parents and family.
Teachers try really hard to provide further learning in the right direction but if there is no back-up from home then we end up with people who have no standards and will even kill just to do it.
I believe if the punishment fits the crime, there would be a lot less killings and other crimes.
If, for example, the killer or killers are from another country then once it’s proven for once like in the Orlando killings maybe Mom and Dad from Afghanistan the entire family should be sent back and stripped of their citizenship for not paying enough attention or teaching the guilty one the ways of the real world in the USA.
Teachers teach, not raise.
