I have a better idea for Elisa Fasulo … slow down!
As an island resident and business owner, you should already know the school hours and reduced speed of 20 mph in the school zone that is clearly visible.
Instead of pointing the finger at the police who “trapped” you or suggesting a “fund-raiser,” maybe people should slow down for the safety of other island residents’ children who attend Pine Island Elementary.
Pay your ticket you earned it and slow down!
