Money better spent
To the editor:
Today’s paper said the 10,000 refugees will cost $1.2 billion dollars to bring them here; that’s $12,000 a person.
That money would be better spent keeping them in Europe. It’s not like we just all forgot about the Boston Marathon when two Muslim refugees from Chechen exploded two bombs and killed others with a gun.
No doubt these two were well vetted when there actually was no mandate of getting 10,000 here in a year or less with absolutely no way to tell who they are and what they have done.
Kudos for al the governors for having more common sense then Obama has on this issue. At least our governor is asking Congress to stop the process of bringing in more possible terrorist.
