Hunting for boas and pythons questioned; and help the homeless veterans
To the editor:
Can it be true? The state asking the public to hunt boas and pythons. That sounds like a great family day out. The record being 33 feet, about as big as my house. And what a belt it would make. With all the ado about guns, I wonder if your allowed to hunt with weapons? I can’t picture a box trap or snare for one of them. You could really get wrapped up in your work.
I hear Romney being a businessman is selling hang gliders for when we go over the cliff.
And Obama is doing what he does best. (Hint) Close your eyes and what do you see? Case closed.
On a serious note, what are we going to do about our homeless vets that are sleeping the in the woods right here on the island? How about the organization called S.W.A.P. (Soldiers Without a Place or Soldiers Without a Prayer)?
I know there’s someone on the island that can organize something. In the meantime it gets colder in the woods. So please someone step up to the plate. As we’ve seen we can’t rely on the government. God Bless.
