Made in China?

1 min read

To the editor:

And speaking of Olympic uniforms, can you believe it? About $1,000 per uniform and to top it off, made in China. What’s wrong with this picture? And please, big businesses hire people that are fluent in the English language. There’s nothing more frustrating then having a person using broken English trying to tell you when your appointment is, or when your merchandise is going to arrive, especially over the phone. Racism, I don’t think so. Common sense. Remember this is America although some politicians seem to forget that. When in the world are they going to establish that English is the language of this country? Discrimination is being abused by the government every day by allowing Spanish to be the other language on buildings and properties. No wonder they don’t speak English. When I was a kid, China made junk toys. They’ve progressed. Now they make junk everything.

Remember to thank a veteran today.
