Thank you to the Legion

To the editor:

Recently the American Flag we fly at the museum has become rather worn. We contacted Barry August at the American Legion, requesting their assistance in donating a new flag to the museum. Within two days, our request was granted, and a new flag was presented by Dick Thomas, representing the American Legion, to us. The Legion is always ready and willing to help different organizations in the community, and we would like to shout out a big thank you to the American Legion Post 136 for their continued support of MOTI and Pine Island.
