More on bike path safety

To the editor:

I write in support of the letter by Annie Wenz published in the issue of March 9.

At the intersection of my street, Tangelo Drive, and the bike path there is thick vegetation blocking a driver’s view in both directions. It creates “an accident waiting to happen” situation which should be fixed ASAP. I try my best to remember to use another nearby road to get onto Stringfellow just to avoid the obvious danger to bikers at the Tangelo Drive exit. I urge others to do the same.
