Successful OktoberBreast

The From Our Hearts Organization would like to thank all those that made our First Annual OktoberBreast a success.
We would first like to thank Miceli’s Restaurant for their generous support. They provided the perfect space, service, and food to make this event a success.
We had personal testimonies from Katie Kirk and Judy Crago who are currently going through treatment for Breast Cancer. These testimonies were great to heighten everyone’s awareness of the ongoing fight against Breast Cancer.
Dr. Mary Kay Peterson from Radiology Regional and Janet Darnell from Partners for Breast Cancer Care were on hand to speak about early Breast Cancer detection.
The musical groups of Brad Rodgers, Soapbox, and New Vinyls donated their time and talents to add fun to the occasion. “Thank you” goes to Bob Davis and Dave Washburn for supplying the sound system.
Our wonderful volunteers offered their time to sell raffle tickets, work the retail tent and spread information about Breast Cancer Awareness. But most of all, we would like to thank all of those people who joined us to learn more about Breast Cancer Awareness and the generous donations we received.
