Notice to the patients of Dr. Rich
To the editor:
I am wiring this to inform you that my office is no longer in the Island Exchange Building. Last month, some of you may have received a letter from me stating that the office would be moving to 5400 Pine Island Road. Due to zoning issues, that never happened. I have decided to operate a mobile based practice, doing house calls only. This will be a cash for service business, and no insurance will be accepted. Unfortunately, I can no longer practice the way I want under the current restrictions of insurance companies. My fees are low and the service will continue to be top notch. Now you will be able to have the same great service in the comfort of your own home. If this type of services does not suit your needs, please feel free to seek care elsewhere. Your records will be transferred, upon request, to the doctor of your choice.
