Open letter to Chief BradleyMatlacha Fire Department
Subj: 4547 Pine Island Rd Fire – 7/17/10
To the editor:
We would like to commend the Matlacha Fire Dept on the handling of the fire at the above stated property. The entire front of the building is plate glass windows/glass doors. Instead of breaking all the windows the firemen popped locks to enter the front of the building.
As far as the back, we understand those doors had been broken into by the arsonist/burglars.
We appreciate their conscientiousness and consideration and wish to thank them.
Please relay our feelings to our firefighters of Matlacha.
