To the editor:

I would like to thank the good people of Pine Island and Cape Coral for their kindness, compassion and caring that was shown to us during this difficult time. We have never had truer friends in our lives. We would like to thank Pastor Ed of the Methodist Church, and the women of the Methodist Church for the beautiful service for Adam. Also Pine Island Printing, Winn-Dixie, Capt’n Con’s, Domino’s, Matlacha Hookers, Bert’s Bar and Mulletville and the Cape Coral Moose Lodge 2199.

So many people came to our family during this tragedy and if we may have forgotten to mention anyone, please forgive us.

Special thanks to all for your prayers. We believe that had helped us and also will bring justice for Adam. We know that those prayers are what brought the person who did this to turn himself in.
