In praise of Museum of the Islands

To the editor:

This is written to congratulate the Museum of the Islands (MOTI) on its anniversary! My family and I were unable to attend the official celebration, but wanted to express our appreciation to MOTI.

This is a wonderful group of people who are working hard to preserve the history of the islands that we love so much!

With our island and the surrounding area growing so fast, it is very important to remember and record how things used to be.

If you are curious of island history or looking for a thoughtful gift, come visit the island museum.
