Thank you for help and support

To the editor:

Our 2009 Extension Project is finally finished! Our new room is open and it’s great! It would not have been possible without the help and support of so many people. First and foremost, our customers. You encouraged us to move forward when the expansion was just an idea floating around our heads. You “pardoned our dust” during the construction phase and you offered to help us in any way you could. We love our customers and are so thankful to each and every one of you.

We would also like to thank Stearns Custom Builders, for our hole in the wall and our permit. Sounds simple, but it certainly wasn’t. What a great company — polite, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. We recommend them to anyone!

Thanks to Bokeelia Trading Company for giving us the little push in the beginning, for providing us with the courage we needed to get the ball rolling.

Thanks to Jay and Mary Johnson for working with us and being patient with us.

Thanks to the Pine Island Community Church Mission Team, for their upbeat contributions not just to us, but the island as a whole. You did a wonderful job paining our new room!

Thanks to Tropical Kitchens for the absolutely beautiful tables and chairs. Designed, produced and provided by Tropical Kitchens, these tables and chairs are made from 100 percent recycled cardboard. They are ingenious, stylish and a true fit to our views and beliefs.

And a very special thank you to Michael Wallerstedt, who put just as much time, thought, energy and care into our expansion and renovation as we did. We never could have accomplished what we did in the time frame we did and with the quality we did without his help. Thank you so much!
