Another successful Kids Art Show at Rooney’s

To the Editor:

Rooney’s Market would like to thank all of the young artists who entered our third annual Art Show! We encouraged the kids, their families and the public to view the artwork Monday through Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., until the end of July.

On Aug. 1, the entrants can pick up their work, prize ribbon and free ice cream. The “turnout” was great; 21 artists from age 3 to 10, with paintings, drawings, scratch art, a diorama, mixed media and even a mobile!
