We need help finding the owner of a cat

To the Editor:

I am a plant operator at the Pine Island wastewater treatment plant and I need help finding the owner of a cat. He came crawling to the plant a couple of months ago just a bag of bones. The guys here have fed him back to health, mostly. He seems to have some type of skin allergy and needs to be back inside with his people. We feed him and give him attention, but he has to stay outside. I have two cats, so I can only imagine how awful it must be for the owner not to know where he has gone. He was at one time cared for, because he is neutered, declawed and very friendly. If this is your cat, please call 283-0025 week days before 3 p.m.
