Thanks for your well wishes

To the editor:

Thanks to all the people who honked, waved, spoke, smiled, laughed, and just plain offered support to me while I was painting any one of my three telephone poles on Stringfellow Road last week.

Even if I couldn’t respond to you because I was

1) On the top of the ladder,

2) Concentrating on what I was doing,

3) Hanging on for dear life while spilling my paint, I certainly heard you and acknowledged you in my mind.

From the Clownfish pole just north of Winn Dixie and the Horse pole just south of the 3-way stop to the repainting of the Eagle pole by Riverside Bank I say thanks again for all your support.
