Norman R. “Buck” Ritenour,

Norman R. “Buck” Ritenour, 86, died Thursday, April 7, 2016, at Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne.

Buck was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Auburn. He was the past president of Universal Tool and Stamping in Butler, In., past president of the DeKalb Central School Board, served on the Sheriff’s Merit Board and the DeKalb County Grand Jury.

Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Phyllis (Baker) Ritenour of Auburn; a daughter, Debbie Hundagen of Auburn; two sons, Jeff Ritenour of Pleasant Lake, and Kim (Elaine) Charleston of Fort Wayne; four grandchildren, Cecile (Clay) Weir of Huntertown, Joe (Karen) Charleston of Phoenix, AZ., Sarah (Adam) Walter, Indianapolis and Laura (Zach) Wills of Fishers; six great-grandchildren, Carson and Colin Buchanan, Arthur Charleston, Audrey and Eloise Wills, Grant Weir; and a sister, Shirley (Art) Richardson of Auburn.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son-in-law, Pete Hundagen; and a grandson, Zachary Hundagen.
