St. John’s Episcopal Church, 7771 Stringfellow Road, St, James City, will honor the Rev. Richard (Dick) H. Cobbs IV with a celebration of his life on Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 11 a.m. Father Cobbs was the former Vicar of St. Johns. Contributions in memory of Fr. Cobbs may be made to St. John’s in lieu of flowers. Everyone is welcome to attend.
