Mr. Robert R. (Bob) Wesorick

Mr. Robert R. (Bob) Wesorick, 96, left this world peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011 in St James City, Florida. Bob had lived the last several years on Pine Island in Florida with his eldest son Ronald and wife Rosalie (Pink). He joins his beloved wife Vonda (Van), who died in 1993, in their heavenly home. Following WWII, Bob and his identical twin brother Roland, who passed in 2002, formed Wesorick Brothers Builders, and built quality custom homes for almost 40 years. Bob very much enjoyed life; spending time camping, golfing, fishing, playing cards, and traveling with family. Bob is lovingly remembered by: his four children (and spouses), Ronald (Pink), Ken (Jean), Roger (MaryLynn), and Janice (John) O’Neill; his 11 grandchildren (and spouses), Richard (Melissa), Rhonda (Timothy) Green, and Robert (Laurie), Kevin, Jeffrey (Angela), Daniel, Sarah, Leah (Adam) Boone, Esther, Jared (Ashley), and Jacob; 12 great grandchildren, his sisters Connie Kamp and Virginia Wesorick, and many in-laws, nieces and nephews. In addition to his twin brother Roland, Bob was preceded in death by his brothers Charles, Harry, and Arnold, and his sister Eleanor Winterhalter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Grand Rapids, MI.
