Joseph “Joe” Rufino
Joseph “Joe” Rufino, 89, of Saint James City, Florida, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011 at Hope Hospice Care in Cape Coral, Florida.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 22 years, Beverly Rufino. He also leaves behind a nephew, John Perella and his wife Pat as well as a niece, Betty Zydroski and her husband, Fred. Also, he leaves behind two step-sons named Ricky and Joe and a step-daughter named Lisa and her son, Michael.
Joe was well loved by all who knew him and was war veteran who was proud to have served for his country.
There will be a memorial service held at the American Legion on Stringfellow Road in Saint James City on Pine Island on Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011 at 1 p.m. It will be a pot luck in lieu of flowers.
